Om Sai Estate

Om Sai Estate is located at 56-57 on the Gurgaon H.O Main Road. We’ve been at this spot for some time, right in the thick of things. Being on the main road means we see everything that happens in this part of Gurgaon. It’s a busy location, and our office is usually full of maps and papers spread out over the desks. We handle all sorts of property matters for people in the local area. It isn't a glamorous job, but it keeps us on our feet. We spend a lot of time driving around to different sites and then coming back here to update our records. The office is a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it’s comfortable for us. We don't really go for the high-end corporate look. We prefer to just have a place where someone can walk in, sit down, and talk about what they need without any fuss. The traffic outside can be a bit much during rush hour, but that’s just part of being on the main road. We’ve seen Gurgaon grow and change from this very spot. A lot of new buildings have gone up since we started. We just focus on our small corner of the world and try to keep our neighbors informed about what’s available. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us and the people who come to see us. Just a local estate office doing its thing day after day in a very busy city. We take our tea breaks when things get quiet.
