You can find Om Property over at Plot No A/21 in Sai Kunj, Sector 110A. We are right on the Main Bajghera Road in Palam Vihar. The easiest way to spot us is to look for the Police Check Post right across the street. It’s a busy road with a lot of traffic moving toward the border. We’ve been here at this plot for a while. The office is just a simple room where we keep our files and meet with people. Palam Vihar is a big area and there is always something happening with the houses and plots around here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving around the sector. Dealing with property in this part of town means knowing all the small lanes and which plots are cleared for building. We don't have a fancy website or a big staff. It is just us and a few people who help out with the field work. People come in with all sorts of questions about land prices and who is selling. We just tell them what we know. The police post across the road makes it a safe and easy landmark for anyone visiting the first time. Sometimes the traffic on Bajghera Road is a bit much, but it brings people to our door. We deal with the usual stuff like buying, selling, and renting. It's honest work and we stay busy with it every day.
