We sit right at the 56 KM stone on the Delhi-Mathura road. It’s busy out here with the trucks and cars passing by on NH-2 all day. Palwal is growing, and we’ve been part of this stretch for a while now. The building is easy to spot if you’re driving toward Mathura. Most people just pull in when they see the sign. It’s a hospital, so things are usually serious but we try to keep it calm inside. Sometimes the dust from the road gets to be a bit much, but that’s just life on the highway. We’ve got local staff who live nearby. They know the area well. It isn't a fancy place with glass walls, just a solid building where we do our work. People come in for all sorts of things, mostly routine checkups or accidents since we are right on the main road. The parking can get crowded on Mondays. We just try to get through the day and help whoever walks through the door. It's not a complicated setup. We just keep the floors clean and make sure there’s enough water for the patients waiting. The sun hits the front of the building hard in the afternoons, so we keep the blinds down. It’s a simple operation, run by people who live right here in the district. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just a hospital on the side of the road.
