Om Departmental Store is at Shop No. B5 on the Ashoka Enclave Part 2 Road in Faridabad Sector 37. We are fairly easy to find if you are near the Gudgaon Banks area. It’s a departmental store, but don’t let the name make you think it’s some huge, polished supermarket. It’s more of a handy local shop where we try to keep a bit of everything. We have groceries, some stationery, and the usual household items people need in a hurry. The aisles are a little narrow because we keep adding more shelves to fit new items. It’s often a bit of a juggle to keep everything in its place, especially when the big bags of flour and sugar arrive. We’ve been working in this Sector 37 area for some time, and we see the same faces almost every day. It’s a simple life, opening up early and closing once the street goes quiet. We don’t have a marketing team or fancy slogans. Our day is mostly spent checking stock, talking to suppliers, and helping customers find where we moved the pickles this time. The building is just a standard brick and mortar shop, nothing special to look at, but it does the job. People come here because it’s convenient and they know we usually have what’s on their list. It is just a regular part of the Faridabad neighborhood where we do our best every day to keep things moving.
