New Age Realtors

Our little office is located at 644 Apna Bazar. It’s right in the middle of all the shopping chaos, which is actually quite nice because there is always something happening. New Age Realtors isn't a massive corporation with a glass building. We are just a few people working out of a shop unit. The space is filled with folders, a couple of computers, and chairs that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone, trying to match people with the right apartments or shops. Since we are in Apna Bazar, we get a lot of walk-ins. People come in while they are doing their grocery shopping just to ask about prices. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. We just try to keep track of who is selling and who is buying. It gets pretty loud in the afternoons when the market is in full swing, but you get used to the background noise. Sometimes we have to move boxes around just to find a place for someone to sit. It’s not the most organized office in the world, but we know where everything is. We’ve been here long enough that the other shopkeepers know us by name. It’s a community feel, really. We just show up every morning, unlock the shutter, and get to work. It’s a simple way to do business, and it seems to work out okay for us.
