You can find us at 17/4 in Friends Colony, right across the street from the Magrie Hotel. It is a good landmark because everyone knows where the hotel is. Negi Property Dealers has been operating out of this spot for a good number of years now. Our office is simple, with just enough room for a few people to sit and talk about what they are looking for in a home. The street outside can get a bit crowded during the weekends when people are visiting the hotel, but generally, it is a decent place to work. We spend a lot of time on our feet, going from one block to another to check on available flats or shops. We don't have a glossy brochure or a fancy website to show people. We just tell them what we know about the owners and the condition of the buildings. Most of the time, we are just middle-men trying to make sure both sides are okay with the deal. It is not always easy, especially when prices keep changing, but we do our best to stay informed. We have lived around Friends Colony for a long time, so we know the people and the history of the plots here. It is more about knowing the neighbors than anything else. We keep our records in old-fashioned folders and try to stay organized despite the chaos of the daily property market.
