Ncr Properties

You can find Ncr Properties over in Sector-11, at C-37 in the Jat Apartment area of DLF. It’s a decent neighborhood and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Our office is inside the apartment complex area, so it feels more like a part of the community than a cold business office. We have a few desks set up and some chairs for when people come in to chat. We handle various property matters, mostly focusing on what’s happening right here in the local sectors. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We like to take our time and make sure we understand what someone is looking for before we start giving advice. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of sales people. It’s just us, working through the listings and keeping our records updated. The office can be a bit quiet on weekday mornings, but it usually picks up in the afternoon when people get off work. We’ve got a lot of files on the shelves from over the years, and we still do a lot of things by hand because it feels more reliable that way. We aren't trying to be the most modern outfit in DLF, just a place where you can get some practical help with property without any of the usual fluff. If you're walking through the complex, you can't miss us. We’re the ones with the old wooden door and the stack of local newspapers on the table.
