Ncr Estate Agency

We are tucked away in Varun Tower, specifically at F/10 on Mathura Road. Being on Mathura Road means there is always a lot of activity outside, but inside Varun Tower, it stays a bit more professional. Ncr Estate Agency has been in this spot for a while now. Our office is a practical space. We have the usual stuff—computers, a printer that jams occasionally, and plenty of coffee to keep us going. We deal with property across the region, but this is our main hub. It’s where we do all the thinking and the paperwork. We aren't a massive agency with hundreds of employees. It’s a smaller team here, which we prefer because we actually know what’s going on with every file. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk to people. We just try to explain things clearly and get the job done. Some days are spent entirely on the phone, and other days we are barely in the office at all because we are out at different sites. That’s just the nature of the business. We’ve seen the market go up and down, but we just keep showing up and doing the work. It’s a solid, honest way to make a living, and we’re happy to be doing it here in this building. We usually close up around six, but sometimes the light stays on later if we have a big project to finish before the morning.
