Navyug Estate Agency is right on the ground floor of Sushant Vyapar Kendra, shop number 211. We’re in Sushant Lok Phase I, very close to the Mother Dairy, which is how most people find us. It’s a handy location because everyone knows the dairy. Our shop is small but it gets the job done. We’ve got our files and a couple of computers, and usually some old newspapers lying around. We spend our time helping people find apartments or shops in the area. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and meeting people at the gate of different societies. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us working the neighborhood. We know which buildings have good water and which ones are a bit noisy. That kind of local knowledge is just what you pick up when you work in one spot for years. Some days we're out in the heat all afternoon, and other days we’re just sitting in the shop waiting for the phone to ring. We don't mind the pace. It’s just how the real estate business goes here. If you’re walking through the Vyapar Kendra, you’ll see our shop front. It’s nothing fancy, just a place to sit down and talk about property. We've helped a lot of neighbors move in and out over the years. It’s a decent way to spend the day and we plan to stay here for a while.
