Navya Realtors is located right in Sector 37 at Supar Mart 2. We have the space at E-14. Being inside the mart means there’s always people moving around, which we like. It’s a convenient spot for us to work from. We handle real estate stuff, mostly around this part of the city. Our office is pretty straightforward. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We don't spend a lot of money on fancy decorations because we'd rather just focus on the work. We spend a good chunk of our day out and about, looking at properties or meeting folks who want to move into the area. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the paperwork is in order. We aren't trying to be some high-pressure sales outfit. Mostly, we just listen to what people are looking for and see if we have anything that matches. Sometimes it works out quickly, and other times it takes a lot of looking. That's just the nature of the business. We've been in Sector 37 for a while and we know the layout of the buildings here pretty well. If you're doing your shopping at Supar Mart, you've probably seen us. Stop in if the door is open, we're usually around during the day. It’s just us here, no big corporate structure to deal with, just a few people and some computers trying to help neighbors find a place.
