If you are looking for Naveen Estates, we are over in Sushant Lok Phase I. Our office is Ugf-11, which is on the upper ground floor. It’s a decent space that keeps us busy throughout the week. Sushant Lok is a large area, but once you get into Phase I, finding our building isn't too difficult. We have been working from this spot for a good bit of time. The office is usually filled with the sound of phones and people discussing different sites. We aren't big on corporate talk or anything like that. We just run Naveen Estates as a local business. The upper ground floor location is handy because it’s easy for people to step in without having to climb too many stairs. We deal with a lot of different things related to estates around here. The neighborhood has grown a lot, and we have been here to see it happen. Our desks are usually piled with maps and documents, which shows we are actually working. It’s a practical environment. We don't spend money on expensive furniture; we’d rather just focus on the work. Being in Sushant Lok Phase I puts us right where most of the action is. Most of the people who come to see us are from around the area. We know the streets and the blocks pretty well by now. It is just a regular office for a regular business where we get things done without making a big fuss.
