Just a simple place where we sit down and talk about property with anyone who stops by. Working on Old Railway Road means we see a lot of the local life every single day. We know who is moving and who is staying. It’s a very hands-on kind of business for us. We don't spend time on fancy brochures or marketing plans. Most of our work comes from people just walking past and deciding to come in. We try to keep things honest and grounded. If a place isn't right for you, we will just say so. There’s no point in making things sound better than they are. Our desk is usually covered in papers and maps of the local area. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. Shiv Shankar Market has been good to us, and we plan on staying right here for the foreseeable future. We keep the kettle on and are always ready for a chat about the local property scene.
