Sun City is a fairly well-known area in Sector 54, and that is where you will find our office. We are up on the second floor in unit 201. Being on the second floor means we get a little bit of a view of the street, which is nice when things get quiet in the afternoon. We have been here for a bit, handling different real estate things for the people in this community. It is a typical office setup. There is a desk for the paperwork, some chairs for visitors, and a small corner for making tea. We are not a huge firm with many different departments. It is just us doing the work that needs to be done. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, checking on properties or meeting people at their homes. Sector 54 has its own rhythm, and we have gotten used to it over the years. Some days we are stuck behind the computer all day, and other times we are barely in the office at all. We handle houses, apartments, and land, depending on what people are looking for. It is practical work. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed for anyone who visits. If someone walks in, they usually just pull up a chair and start talking about what they need. There is no formal reception. We just focus on the market here and keep up with the changes.
