Mithila Realtors is tucked away in the Vyapar Kendra in Sushant Lok Phase I. We are at Ugf 163. Vyapar Kendra is a busy place, especially in the evenings when everyone is out doing their shopping. Our office is on the upper ground floor. It's a small space, but it fits us just fine. We handle a lot of real estate stuff for this part of Gurgaon. We’ve been in Sushant Lok for a while, so we’ve seen all the ups and downs of the market here. The office is usually cluttered with papers and maps of the local sectors. It's not a polished corporate showroom, just a place where real work gets done. We spend a lot of time talking to neighbors and other business owners in the Kendra. It’s a good community to be a part of. Most people just walk in while they are doing their other errands. We don't really go for the high-end promotional stuff. We just try to give people the straight facts about the properties around here. Sometimes it's busy, sometimes it's slow, but we are always here. If you are looking for Ugf 163, just head into the main market area and look for the stairs. We are pretty easy to spot once you are inside the complex. It is a simple setup for a simple business.
