Milan Properties

You can find Milan Properties at Shop No 48, which is situated at 1928 Baba Nagar Dividing Road. We are quite close to Badkhai Chowk, which is a landmark most people in this area know well. Our shop is just a simple place where we manage property deals and talk to neighbors about what is happening with the land nearby. There are a couple of plastic chairs out front and a desk inside where we keep all the registers. It gets a bit dusty with the road being so close, but that is just how it is around here. We spend our mornings catching up on what is new on the market and then the afternoons are usually for meetings or site visits. We have lived and worked in this part of town for years, so we have seen houses go up where there used to be nothing but empty lots. People stop by to chat or ask for advice on buying a small plot, and we just tell them what we know. It is a small operation, just a few of us making sure the paperwork is right and the buyers are happy. We don't have any big signs or fancy lights, just the name on the board above the door. It is a local business and we take things one day at a time, making sure we stay honest with everyone who walks in.
