We are Mesare Realtors. You’ll find us at M 8/3 in the Badshapur Main Market. If you’ve ever been to the main market here, you know it’s a loud, crowded place with people everywhere. We like being right in the middle of it though. It makes it easier for people to just walk in and ask about what’s for sale or rent. We don’t do a lot of fancy advertising or anything. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are here. Real estate in Badshapur is pretty straightforward, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We handle a bit of everything, from little shops to houses for families. We’ve got a small desk, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of files that probably need better organizing. It’s not a polished corporate office. It’s just a place where we do business and talk to our neighbors. Some days are slow and we just watch the crowds go by, and other days we don’t even have time to eat lunch. We know who is moving and who is selling before most people do. It’s just part of being in the market for so long. We try to give people the straight facts about a property. If a place has issues, we tell them. It’s better that way. We’re just local folks doing our thing in the market. We've seen buildings come and go, and we just keep doing what we do every day without much fuss.
