Mba Real Estate is based at G-1 in Connaught Place, over at 21 KG Marg. We are right near the NHPC Chowk, which is very close to the Haryana Border. It is a busy spot because of all the border traffic and people moving between the states. Our office is right on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to just walk in when they are passing by. We deal with all sorts of real estate stuff around here. Being near the border means we see a lot of different people coming and going every day. The office is pretty basic, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of maps of the surrounding area. We spend most of our time talking to folks about land or houses they want to buy. It can get a bit loud with the traffic noise from KG Marg, but we are used to it by now. We have been at this location for a good bit of time. It is a practical place to be for this kind of work. We are not doing anything flashy or special. Just helping people buy and sell properties like we always have. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the paperwork for a deal. It is just how the business is. If you are heading towards the Haryana Border from NHPC Chowk, you will likely pass right by us. It is a very straightforward operation we have here.
