If you are looking for Mayank Estate Agency, we are at Shop No 12 in the Mcf 30 building. This is in New Baswaly Colony, which is part of Old Faridabad. We are pretty close to the Bi Pass Link Road, right opposite Sector 29. You can usually hear the traffic from the link road throughout the day. The shop itself is small, but it’s enough for what we need. We have some files tucked into the corners and a couple of desks for when we are actually in the office. A lot of the time we are out and about, so the shop might be quiet for a few hours. When we are here, it’s mostly about keeping up with the local estate market and making sure our records are straight. The area around Sector 29 is always growing, so there is usually something new happening nearby. Old Faridabad has a different feel than the newer parts, and we like being here. The neighbors in the other shops are friendly enough. We usually grab a snack from the vendor down the road in the afternoons. It’s a very grounded way of working. No big corporate meetings, just us figuring out the next steps for the day. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the road, but that’s just how it is around here. We’ve been in this shop for a while now and it suits us just fine for the daily grind.
