Manish Properties

We are located at Plot No 129, Shop No 6, right in the middle of Phase 1 Udyog Vihar. Being so close to the Pride Hotel makes it easy for people to find us, which is good because this area can get a bit confusing with all the industrial blocks. Manish Properties has been in this little shop for a while. The walls have a few maps of the local sectors and some old calendars. It’s mostly just me and a couple of others handling the phone calls. Most of our day is spent talking to factory owners or people looking for warehouse space around here. It’s an industrial hub, so there’s always noise from the trucks and people moving goods. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk into Shop No 6 and we’re there at our desks. Sometimes we go out to look at a site and have to lock up the shop for an hour. It’s just how it goes when you’re a small team. We’ve seen this part of Udyog Vihar change quite a bit over the years. New buildings go up and old ones get renovated. We keep track of it all in our ledgers. It’s not a complicated business, really. We just know who is moving out and who is looking to move in. It’s practical work and it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down.
