You’ll find us on the Delhi-Surajkund Road, specifically in Charmwood Village. It’s a nice part of Faridabad, a bit greener than the more industrial areas. We’ve been operating here at this address for quite a while. The commute for the staff usually involves the Surajkund road, which can be busy depending on the time of day. Inside the school, it’s a mix of different buildings and open spaces. We spend a lot of our time managing the schedules and making sure the buses are on time. It’s a large operation, so there is always something that needs fixing or a room that needs cleaning. We don't spend a lot of time on corporate branding; we mostly just talk to parents about how their kids are doing. The staff room is usually full of notebooks and half-finished cups of coffee. We have a lot of trees around the property, which helps when the sun is out. It’s a practical environment where we try to keep things organized. Sometimes the monkeys from the nearby hills come onto the grounds and we have to chase them away. It’s just one of those things you get used to here. We are just a group of people trying to run a decent school in a nice neighborhood. It’s hard work, but we’ve been doing it long enough to know the rhythm. No one here is trying to be anything we aren't.
