Malik & Associates

Malik & Associates is situated at 157 Dabua Pali Road, right in the Sector 9 market. If you have ever been to this market, you know it can get quite loud and packed with people, especially as the sun goes down. Our office sits right in the middle of all that daily chaos. We have been working from this spot for so long that the noise just feels like background music now. It is a very practical office. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a phone that stays pretty busy. Most people who come through our door live right here in the Dabua Pali area. They usually want some simple advice about land or want to know what the current prices look like. We don't give them a scripted sales talk. We just give them the facts as we see them. Sector 9 is a good place with a lot of hardworking families. We see the same people every morning at the nearby tea stall. Our work is really about being straight with people and knowing what is happening on every street. It is not a fancy career, but it is what we do. The office walls might look a bit old, but we are usually too busy with paperwork to notice. We prefer being out on the road or finishing up documents here at our desks.
