Makar General Store

Makar General Store is situated in Parvatya Colony on the 60 Feet Road in Nit, Faridabad. This part of Faridabad is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. Our store is a place where you can find most of your household needs. We have things like washing powder, cooking oil, tea leaves, and various snacks. It is a straightforward shop. We don't have a lot of space, so we hang some items from the ceiling hooks to make more room. The shelves are packed tight with bottles and boxes. We have been here for several years and have seen many shops come and go, but we just keep doing our thing. The 60 Feet Road is usually noisy with traffic, but inside the shop, we just focus on the customers. Most people who come here live in the colony behind us. They stop in for a quick item they forgot during their big shopping trip. We don't have a computer for bills, we just use a paper pad. It is simpler that way for us. We do all the heavy lifting ourselves when the trucks bring the sacks of grain. It is a long day, starting early and ending late, but it is how we run our lives. We are just a local shop serving the people nearby. We don't have any big secrets, just consistent work and a full shelf.
