Mahesh Properties sits right on the edge of Sector 48, specifically along the Badkhal Pali Road and near Sec-49. It’s a growing area, and things are always shifting around here. We’ve watched the roads get wider and the buildings go up over the years. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get our work done and meet with clients. Most of the people we talk to are looking for something in this specific pocket of the city. We spend a lot of time driving between Sector 48 and 49 to check on different plots or houses. It gets dusty out here sometimes with all the construction, but that’s just how it is. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency; we just want to know our local area better than anyone else. If someone asks about a specific corner on Badkhal Pali Road, we can usually tell them who owns what. It’s a lot of legwork. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us and our notebooks. Most of our business comes from people who live nearby and know our face. We keep regular hours, but often we’re out on-site. It is a honest way to earn a living, helping people navigate the property market in this part of town. We just take things one day at a time here and try to stay helpful to everyone.
