You can find us right on Pataudi Road, directly across from the police chowki. It's a handy landmark since everyone knows where the station is. We've been operating out of this spot for a decent amount of time. The road gets quite dusty and loud with all the traffic passing through, but it's where the action is. Our office is simple. We have a couple of desks, some chairs for visitors, and stacks of files that seem to grow every week. We spend most of our mornings talking to folks who stop by after seeing our sign. Property work in this area involves a lot of back and forth, checking boundaries and making sure the paperwork is actually correct. We don't do much advertising; mostly people just hear about us from their neighbors or see us while they're driving toward the chowki. It’s a local operation, nothing too big or complicated. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. Dealing with real estate here means knowing the local land owners and the history of the plots along Pataudi Road. It’s a lot of legwork, but we prefer being out and about rather than stuck behind a computer all day long. Our spot across from the police chowki is easy to find, so you won't get lost.
