It’s a busy road most of the time because of the hospital traffic. Our office is a straightforward place. We don't have fancy decorations or a big sign with lights. It’s just the name on the door and some desks inside. Working in Sector 9 means we see a lot of the same faces every day. We’ve been here long enough that we know which buildings are good and which ones have issues. Most of our work is just talking to people and checking on different sites. It’s not always exciting. There is a lot of waiting for phone calls and filing paperwork. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon just explaining the same thing to three different people. That’s just how the real estate business goes here. We don’t have a mission statement or any of that stuff. We just open up in the morning, clean the floor, and get to work. The hospital site across the street is always changing, but we stay pretty much the same. People come to us because they know where we are and that we’ve been here for years. It’s a steady kind of life, focused on the properties right around this sector. We just keep things simple and honest with everyone who visits.
