Madhyam Estate

Madhyam Estate is over at Shop No B 11/1 in Prashant Vihar. If you are trying to find the place, we are right near the HDFC ATM, which is a helpful landmark since people are always stopping there to get cash. Our shop is quite small, but we have managed to fit in a couple of desks and some chairs for when people come to visit. We spend the majority of our day discussing houses and shops located in this specific part of town. It is mostly just local business. We know which blocks are quiet and where the parking is usually a problem. Knowing those little details is helpful when someone is looking to move their family. We do not use any big fancy words like you see in those expensive real estate magazines. We just tell people the truth about the places we show. If a house has a leaky faucet or if the light is not great in the morning, we will probably just say so. It makes everything easier in the long run. Sometimes our internet connection is a bit slow, so we cannot show photos on the computer. When that happens, we just take people out to see the property in person, which is usually better anyway. The area around Prashant Vihar has changed a lot since we first opened our doors. There are more shops and people now. We just keep working away at our regular routine.
