Madhyam Estate Linkers

Our place, Madhyam Estate Linkers, is located on the first floor in Faridabad at N I T Nh 5. The address is 1B, and it is a pretty standard office setup for this area. We have some old wooden desks and several heavy filing cabinets. The stairs leading up to the first floor are a little narrow, so you have to be careful when you come up to see us. We have been working out of this same spot for a good number of years. Most of the folks who come in are from the local neighborhood. They know us by name, and we know most of them too. We deal with various property matters, mostly linking up people who want to buy with those who are ready to sell. It involves a lot of phone calls and sitting through long meetings to get the paperwork finished. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish the day's tasks when the traffic outside finally gets a bit quieter. Being on NH 5 means there is always noise from the road, but we do not really notice it much anymore. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone doing fancy advertising. It is just us doing the daily legwork. We keep a close eye on the local rates and who is moving where. It is just practical, honest work. If the ceiling fans are too loud, we just open the window for some air.
