We are based in Faridabad, at Sector 12, inside Eldeco Station 1 on Mathura Road. Our office numbers are F 12-13. It’s a place with a lot of foot traffic, being right there on the main road. Madhyam Estate Linkers has been operating from here for a good number of years. Our office is usually full of files and property maps. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of our time talking to people about houses or shops. It can be a stressful business because moving or buying a place is a big deal for most folks. We try to keep things calm and just give them the facts. We aren't the type to give a big sales pitch. If a property has a leaky roof or bad wiring, we usually just tell the buyer. It's better than having them find out later. Mathura Road is always loud with cars and buses, so we have to speak up a bit when we are on the phone. The team here is just a few locals who know the Faridabad area inside and out. We aren't a big fancy company with a lot of branches. We just have this one spot and we work hard to keep it going. Most days involve a lot of coffee and a lot of phone calls. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know.
