Our office is right on the Mehrauli Road in Sukhrali. If you know the big Hanuman Temple around here, you won’t have any trouble finding us. We are tucked away near the temple, so we hear the bells and the prayers every day. It’s a busy road with a lot of cars and bikes zooming past all the time. Being an estate agency in this part of town keeps us on our toes. There is always someone looking for a rental or a plot nearby. The space we have is small but it serves the purpose. We have some old wooden furniture and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. Dealing with real estate here means knowing every lane and shortcut in Sukhrali. I’ve lived around here for years, so I know the owners and the history of many of these buildings. We don’t have a big team or a receptionist. Usually, it’s just me or my partner sitting here with a diary. The dust from the road gets inside no matter how much we sweep, but that’s life on a main road.
