M G Home & Estate is tucked into the Sushant Shopping Arcade in Sushant Lok Phase I. Our address is D 7. It is a convenient spot because people are always coming and going from the arcade. We have been here for a good while, helping people with their home and estate needs. The office is not very large. It is filled with folders and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We do not go for the corporate look. We just want to be reachable for folks in Sushant Lok. Most of our day is spent talking to people about what they need for their homes. Whether it is buying or selling, we just handle the details. The arcade is a lively place to work. You get to know the other shop owners and the regulars who come by. M G Home & Estate is not a huge chain. It is just a local office at D 7. We do not make big promises. We just look at what is available and tell people the facts. Sometimes we are out of the office showing properties, so the door might be locked for an hour. That is just how it goes when you are a small team. We like the pace of things here in Phase I. It is a nice community to be a part of. We just keep things moving.
