Lokesh Properties

Lokesh Properties is based at number 565 in Sector 19. It’s a pretty standard residential area, and our office is tucked away there. We don't have a big glass front or a neon sign. It’s just a regular door with a small plate on it. Inside, it's pretty simple. A few desks, some chairs, and a lot of folders. We’ve been working in Sector 19 for a long time. We know which houses are being renovated and who is looking to move. It’s a small community vibe. Most of the people who come to us are neighbors or friends of people we’ve helped before. We don't do much advertising. Word of mouth has always been enough to keep us busy. We spend our mornings going through the new listings and the afternoons showing people around. Sometimes it rains and we all just sit in the office and catch up on the paperwork we’ve been ignoring. We have a small kettle in the corner for making tea. It’s nothing fancy, but it makes the place feel a bit more like home. We don't have a big staff, just two or three of us who know the ropes. We try to be helpful and give people the straight story on what a place is worth. It’s not a complicated business if you just stay honest and work hard. Most days we are just happy to get through the list of things to do.
