Leo Properties

Leo Properties is based over at 177 P in Sector 38. It is a pretty quiet location compared to some of the busier parts of the city, which we actually quite like. Having an office in Sector 38 means we get to know the local residents and see the same neighbors walking their dogs every morning. We don't have a big fancy storefront with neon lights or anything. It is just a simple office where we keep our records and meet with people who are interested in buying or selling. Most of the day is spent on the phone or driving out to different sites to check on things. It is a lot of small details that you have to keep track of, or things can get messy pretty fast. We keep a pot of tea going most of the time because it helps with the long afternoons. The office is a bit cramped with all the maps and files we have lying around, but we know where everything is. It is a straightforward way to make a living. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to help folks find the right plot or house in this part of town. Sometimes we just sit and talk about how much the area has changed over the last few years. It is nice to be a part of a community like this, even if the work is sometimes just a lot of repetitive paperwork and making sure the numbers match up.
