We are based at L1/1 on Akasheen Marg, which is part of DLF City Phase II in Gurgaon. It is a bit quieter here than the main roads, which is a nice change for us. We have been working out of this location for a while now. The office is really just a converted part of the building, so it feels more like a home than a corporate office space. We focus on the houses and plots around DLF Phase II and the nearby sectors. Since we are right in the middle of a residential area, we see our neighbors every day. We do not do much in the way of big marketing or advertisements. Mostly, people just see our sign when they drive past or hear about us from someone else living on the block. It is a relaxed atmosphere here. We sit down, talk about the market, and look at what is currently available for rent or sale. Gurgaon has grown so much since we started, with malls and high-rises appearing everywhere, but this little pocket of Phase II still feels familiar to us. We keep our records in big folders and try to stay on top of the prices, which seem to change every week. It is a small operation. Just a couple of us handling the calls and visiting sites. We do not use any fancy sales talk. If you walk down Akasheen Marg, you will find us.
