Laxis Realty Consulting Pvt Ltd is located in Building 8 of DLF City Phase II. We are specifically inside the DLF Cyber City Complex. This is a very different kind of place compared to a regular street. It’s all glass buildings and paved walkways. Even though it looks very modern and corporate from the outside, inside our office at Building 8, it’s just us doing our thing. We have our computers and our phones, and that’s about it. The energy in Cyber City is fast, but we try to keep our own pace. It’s easy to get lost in the sea of buildings here, but once you’re in Unit 8, it feels familiar. We spend a lot of time analyzing property data and talking to clients on the phone. The coffee machines in the building are actually pretty decent, which helps on the long days. We usually eat lunch at one of the spots in the complex, along with thousands of other office workers. It’s a bit of a grind, but we like the location because it’s easy to get to. We aren’t trying to be anything we’re not. We just provide consulting and try to keep up with the market. It’s a lot of spreadsheets and market reports. That’s the reality of working at Laxis Realty Consulting in Cyber City. It's a busy life.
