Larson & Toubro

Our place is in Faridabad, specifically at 16/14 Spring Fild Colony in Sector 31. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the main industrial zones of the city. We go by Larson & Toubro here. The office is pretty modest, just a few rooms where we keep our computers and all the project folders piled up. We aren't the type to have a big sign with lights or anything flashy. Most people find us through word of mouth or by looking for the house number in the colony. We handle a lot of the regional coordination from this spot. It’s a lot of checking schedules and making sure the supplies are arriving on time at the various sites. The people working here are a mix of ages, but we all get along well enough. We usually have tea together in the afternoon and talk about what’s going on in the neighborhood or with our families. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that hanging on the wall. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. The rooms can get a bit cramped when we have all the files out for a review, but we manage. It’s a practical setup for a practical job. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work at hand without any distractions. It's a decent place to be.
