Larsen Toubro Ltd

Our Faridabad location is at House No 426 in Sector 31. It is a standard residential sector so the office is essentially part of a home. We have been here for a while and the neighbors are all used to seeing us coming and going with our files and bags. The sector is well-laid out but it can get quite dusty like most parts of the NCR. Inside the house we have converted the front rooms into a workspace where we sit and handle the administrative side of things for Larsen Toubro. There is a small garden out front that someone tries to keep green but the heat makes it difficult. We have a couple of printers that always seem to need more ink and a big table where we spread out the maps and plans. The kitchen is still there and we use it to make coffee or heat up our lunches during the break. It is a very informal environment where we can talk easily and get things done without too much bureaucracy. We do not have any signs on the gate so you have to look for the house number carefully. It is a quiet place to work compared to the industrial zones nearby. We just focus on our checklists and try to keep the paperwork moving through the system as efficiently as we can.
