Larsen Toubro Ltd

You can find us over at B/90 in the Matruka Society. We are located near the Raneshwar Mandir on Syed Vasna Road here in Vadodara. It is a decent place to be because the society keeps things a bit quieter than the main road. Our office is basically a few rooms that we have filled with desks and old metal cabinets. Larsen Toubro Ltd has been using this space for quite some time. It feels more like a house than a corporate office, which is actually kind of nice for us. The paint is a bit faded in some corners, and the floor tiles are worn down from people walking back and forth all day. We do not have a big HR department or fancy meetings here. It is just a small group of us handling the local logistics and coordination. We spend a lot of time on our computers, but we also do a fair bit of manual filing. The neighborhood has a lot of trees, which helps keep things a bit cooler in the summer months. Most of us have been working here for years, so we have seen the area change quite a lot. We do not use a lot of business jargon. We just talk about what needs to be fixed or who needs to be called. It is a very down-to-earth setup. We mostly just focus on getting through the pile of work on our desks and making sure the local operations in 390007 run without too much trouble.
