Larsen Toubro Limited

Larsen Toubro Limited has its office on the first floor at C 100 in Ashoka Enclaveii, Sector 37. This is over in Faridabad and it’s a pretty busy part of the city. We have been set up in this building for quite some time now. Being on the first floor is okay, it keeps us away from the worst of the street noise. The space is mostly filled with desks and cabinets for all the paperwork we have to keep. We do a lot of the planning for our construction and engineering projects from here. It is not a polished corporate office. It is just a place where we get together to look at blueprints and schedule the workers. Sometimes the traffic in Sector 37 makes it hard to get around, but we manage. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk or marketing brochures. Most of our work comes from people who see what we’ve built in the past. We have a few computers and a printer that is usually working, though it jams sometimes. We try to keep things organized but it gets busy and stuff piles up. Our staff is local and they know the area well. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure the supplies get to the sites on time. It is a very practical setup and it keeps us focused on the work at hand.
