Larsen & Toubro Ltd.

Our office is at 501, Sector 23, in the Thermal Power House Colony in NIT Faridabad. It is situated in a bit of a specialized area because of the colony. The Larsen & Toubro Ltd team here is quite small and we all know each other well. It’s a quiet spot compared to the main roads of Faridabad. We don't have any big signs or advertisements outside. It’s just a regular door that leads into our working space. Inside, you’ll find desks, some computers, and a lot of technical manuals. We aren't here to impress people with fancy office furniture or modern designs. Our focus is purely on the work at hand. We spend our time checking figures and making sure everything is on track. It’s a very practical environment. We don't use corporate slogans or have big meetings about missions. We just talk about what’s for lunch or how to solve a specific problem with a project. The area around Sector 23 is pretty calm, which is nice for a change. Most of us have been working here for quite a while, so we have a good routine. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs. We like the simplicity of it. No one is trying to be anything they aren't. It’s just us, working in a colony in Faridabad. We get the work done and head home, keeping things as straightforward as possible for everyone involved.
