The building number is 1454/4, and it’s right there in the middle of the local life. Most of the people working here live nearby or commute from other parts of Haryana. It’s not one of those glass towers you see in Gurgaon. It’s a solid, practical building that fits the neighborhood. Inside, we have our setup with computers and desks. It gets a bit noisy sometimes because the street outside is active, but we are used to it by now. We don't spend much time on decorations or fancy furniture. The focus is just on the tasks we have for the day. In the mornings, there’s a bit of a rush as everyone settles in. The chai wala nearby knows exactly how many cups to bring around 11 o’clock. We have a small space for people to sit if they come by to visit, but it’s mostly just working space. Sometimes the summer heat in Faridabad makes the office feel a bit stuffy, but the coolers do their best. It’s a straightforward place to work. No big corporate speeches here, just the sound of typing and people talking about the next thing to do. We’ve been part of this colony for some time and it feels like home to our staff.
