Kriti Inter-Trade

We are based in the DLF Industrial Area, Phase One. Our unit is I-36. It’s an area full of warehouses and small manufacturing units, so it’s pretty grey and busy with trucks all day long. We do inter-trade, which basically means we move a lot of different goods around for various clients. Our office is just a couple of rooms with some computers and a lot of files piled up. We don’t have any decorations on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a map of the local area. The air always smells a bit like diesel from the trucks idling outside. We spend most of our time tracking shipments and talking to drivers on our mobiles. It’s not the kind of place where you’d bring a guest for a fancy lunch. We usually just eat at our desks or go to the small canteen down the road. It’s a small operation. We know all our neighbors and sometimes help each other out with loading or unloading when someone is short-handed. There is always a lot of shouting and honking going on right outside our door. We just ignore it and get on with the lists. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. If there’s a problem with a shipment, we just talk it out and fix it. It’s about getting things from point A to point B without too much trouble. That’s what we do every day.
