You can find us in Faridabad at House No. 522, on the Third Floor in Sector 21A. It’s a bit of a climb up those stairs every morning, but it’s good for the legs. We are a family-run kind of thing, which is why the name is what it is. Working out of Sector 21A is nice because it’s a familiar area for us. The office is just a few rooms where we handle all the business solutions stuff. It can get pretty warm in the summer since we are on the top floor, but we have some fans to keep the air moving. We spend a lot of our time looking at spreadsheets and talking to other business owners. There are usually piles of folders on the desks because we have a lot to keep track of. It’s not the most modern office you’ll ever see, but it works for KAUSHAL AND SONS. We like being in a house rather than a big corporate tower. It feels more personal that way. We usually eat lunch together in the small kitchen area. We don't have a lot of rules about how things look as long as the work is getting done right. It’s just how we operate. We stay busy and try to stay organized as much as possible. It’s a steady pace for us most weeks of the year.
