Kapoor Property Dealer

We are over at Sector 19 in Booth Number 5 Part 2 working as Kapoor Property Dealer. The booth is small but it is right where the action is in this part of the sector. Being in a booth means we are very close to the street and we see everyone who walks by. We have been here for quite some time and have seen the neighborhood change as new people move in and old ones move on. Most of our work is just chatting with people who are looking for a place to stay or maybe a small shop to start their own business. We don't have any fancy marketing plans or big presentations. We just have a desk, some chairs, and a lot of local knowledge about who is selling what and which houses are going to be vacant soon. It is a simple way of doing things but it has worked for us so far. Some days we just sit and drink tea while waiting for the next person to come in with a question. We know the layout of Sector 19 like the back of our hands. If someone needs to know about the parks or the markets nearby we can tell them exactly what to expect. We don't try to polish things up too much, we just give the facts and let people decide for themselves. That is how we have always run things and we don't plan on changing it.
