Kapil Properties

Kapil Properties is based out of U 25 in the DLF Qutab Enclave Phase II area specifically near the town houses. This part of the city has grown so much and we have watched it happen from our office right here. Being in Phase II means we are surrounded by a lot of different types of homes and people always moving in or out. Our day usually starts with checking the messages and seeing who is looking to move. We don’t really do big advertising because we prefer to just talk to the neighbors and people who are already looking in this specific pocket. The town houses around here are quite nice and we know the layouts of most of them pretty well by now. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main highways but we still stay busy. We aren't interested in being the biggest name in town, we just want to be the people who know what is actually happening on this street. Sometimes the paperwork takes a bit longer than we’d like but that is just part of the job. We try to be as helpful as we can without pushing anyone into a decision they aren't ready for yet. Most of the folks who come to us are just looking for a straight answer about what a place is worth or if a rental is fair. We just keep things practical and try to be honest with everyone who stops by.
