Kanishka Properties

We’ve been here in Nacholi village for quite some time now. Being so close to Lingiaj College, we see a lot of students and families moving around this part of Faridabad. It’s a busy spot, but it still has that village feel where everyone knows everyone. Our office is easy to find if you’re coming from the main road. Most days, we’re just sitting here drinking tea and talking to people who need a bit of help with land or a place to stay. It’s not a fancy office, just a desk and some chairs. We deal with whatever comes our way, mostly local stuff around the village and the college area. People stop by to ask about plots or who is selling what nearby. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit confusing, but we try to keep things simple for the folks who come in. It’s mostly just us trying to make a living and helping out the neighbors. The village has changed a lot since the college came up, and things are moving faster than they used to. We don't really do big advertisements or anything. Most people just walk in because they saw the name or someone told them to come here. It’s a small operation, really. Just Kanishka Properties, right here in the heart of Nacholi. We know the lanes and the people around here pretty well. It gets dusty sometimes with all the construction, but that’s just how it is in Faridabad these days. We don't have a website or anything big, just a local spot.
