Our office is in the Ozone Centre, specifically unit 2F/14 in Sector 12 of Faridabad. The building is pretty easy to spot. It’s a commercial hub, so there are always people coming and going. KAIT BUSINESS CONSULTING has been based here for a while. We aren't on a high floor, so it’s easy to just take the stairs if the lift is taking too long, which it often does during the lunch rush. The office is basically just a functional space with some desks and a small meeting area that we use when things get serious. It gets a little loud when the other offices in the corridor are busy, but you get used to it. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with posters on the walls or big mission statements. We just show up, check our emails, and try to get through the list of things that need doing. Sector 12 is a good spot because it’s central. We can get almost anything we need within a short walk. Sometimes we stay late to finish up reports, and the building gets really quiet then. It’s just us and the security guards. We’ve grown a bit since we started, but we still feel like a small local team just trying to make things work. It's simple, honest work from a simple office, and we just keep it moving forward every day.
