We are located at D 36 in DLF City Phase I, inside the shopping mall. It’s a convenient spot right behind the HDFC Bank, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. Being in the mall means there is always a lot of foot traffic and noise, which we don't mind at all. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything. We have been working out of this office for a while, dealing with various properties around Phase I and the surrounding blocks. Our space is simple and we don't spend money on expensive decorations or flashy signs. We think it's better to just focus on the work. People come in while they are doing their banking or shopping just to ask about the latest property rates. We try to give them the honest facts about what’s happening in the market. Sometimes the mall is quiet, and other times it’s packed, but we are usually here from morning until the shops close. We handle a mix of residential and commercial stuff because that’s what people around here need. It’s a lot of walking and talking, but that is just the nature of the job in DLF. We know most of the security guards and other shop owners around the mall by now. It is a decent place to spend the day and the coffee shop nearby is a plus.
