Our shop, Jsb Graphics Pvt. Ltd., is on the ground floor at No. 2619 in Sainik Colony, Sector-49. Being on the ground floor makes it easy to move the heavy paper rolls and the machines in and out. The air inside usually smells like ink and chemicals, which you get used to after a few days of working here. We have a few big tables where we lay things out to check the colors and the edges. Sainik Colony is a decent spot, and we get a fair amount of people walking by who peek in to see what we are making. The machines can be quite loud when they are all running at once, so we have to shout a bit to hear each other. We have some samples stuck to the walls just so we can remember what we did for people in the past. The lighting is bright fluorescent because we need to see the details clearly. Sometimes the back door is left open to let some fresh air in, but then the dust comes in too. We have an old computer that we use for all the design work and it sometimes takes its time to load. It is just a few of us here doing the daily tasks and making sure everything looks right before it goes out the door. We stay until the last job is finished, which is often late into the night when it is quiet.
