Hind Teleservices

Hind Teleservices is based at No. 14-15 in Gopi Colony, which is in Sector-19 of Old Faridabad. It is a residential-cum-commercial area, so it has a different feel compared to a big office park. The office is easy enough to find once you enter Gopi Colony. We work with various telecom-related services. It is mostly a mix of handling calls, managing technical stuff, and keeping records of everything. The building is a bit older, like many in Old Faridabad, but it works for us. We have a few rooms set up for different tasks. Our staff is mostly from the surrounding areas, so we all know the local shortcuts to avoid the traffic. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit hectic. Other times, it's quite calm and we can catch up on the filing. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. It is just a place where work happens. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day to keep ourselves going. The neighbors are mostly families or small shops, so it feels like a community. We try to be quiet so we don't bother the people living nearby. It is a straightforward business. We show up, do the jobs that need doing, and try to keep everything running smoothly without making a big fuss about it. That is our daily routine.
