Our place, Jidal Mectec Pvt Ltd, is located out in V.P.O-Dhatir. If you know the Palwal area in Faridabad, you know it’s a bit of a trek but it’s where we are. Haryana has a lot of these industrial spots and we’re just one of them. We’ve got the workshop and the office right there. It gets dusty and loud sometimes because of where we’re situated. The guys come in early, usually from the nearby villages. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Most of us wear work clothes because that’s what the job requires. It’s hard work, honestly. We deal with the machinery and the paperwork that comes with it. The roads around here aren't always the best, especially when it rains. But we’ve been here in Dhatir for a good while. People around here know the name Jidal Mectec. We aren't trying to be something we’re not. We just do the technical work we’re supposed to do. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator. It’s just part of life here. We take things as they come. No big speeches about the future, just making sure the day's output is good and everyone gets their work done right. We have a small lunch area where we sit and talk about local news. It’s a simple life out here, and we keep things straightforward. No marketing gimmicks, just regular people doing a regular job to get the orders shipped.
